Internet Service Provider (ISP)

ISP stands for " Internet Service Provider ". An ISP provides access to the Internet for others via some connectivity service(s). Most telecommunications operators are ISPs. They provide services like internet transit, domain name registration and hosting, dial-up access, leased line access and colocation. Examples of ISPs include Earthlink, AOL, TMnet-Streamyx, and Jaring to name a few.
