1. Please make sure what the customer want to do with the domain name. Is it to transfer the domain to host it with us or to transfer the domain name and set us as the domain registrar or both of it.
- If the customers only want to host the domain with us, in their hosting account Domain Settings -> Add New Domain, and then choose ‘Other Domain Name Registration & Transfer’ to add the domain. If it is during the sign up process, choose ‘Transfer domain without registrar changes’. Then to make it works in our server, the customer must change the domain name servers to our name servers.
- If he wants to transfer the domain name and set us as the domain registrar, please create a domain management account at iWebhosting.com/dnr/createacct.php then click the Transfer Domain link, there will be some conditions that must be completed for the transfer.
