I have registered my domain with other registrar and it is not currently hosted, I would like to know how soon I can upload my website and have my domain working and showing my website

Upload can be done by using the temporary Web Server Hostname (for example: yourdomainname.com.serverid.iwebhosting.com.my) as the FTP host

The customer can find this Web server hostname on the Welcome email of his account.

After the file is uploaded, change the domain DNS nameserver to IWebhosting nameserver and wait for propagation (24-72 hours), after it is propagated, the domain will show the website uploaded.
